Redesign the rounds page from a card-per-competition layout to a flat pipeline/timeline view. Rounds display as compact rows connected by a vertical track with status dots (pulsing green for active). Special awards branch off to the right from their linked evaluation round with connector lines and tooltip details. Competition settings moved to a dialog behind a gear icon.
