Matt c2506edd52 Fix: prisma not found in Docker runner stage 
- Use direct node path to prisma CLI instead of npx
- Copy seed dependencies (bcryptjs, papaparse, tsx, esbuild) for manual seeding
- Copy package.json for module resolution
