75e63eb47f feat(hotel): many hotels per edition + HotelStay (room assignment) 
- Hotel.programId no longer unique (many hotels per edition)
- New HotelStay 1:1 with AttendingMember (hotelId, room, check-in/out)
- Program.hotel -> hotels[]
