Matt	a973b1316c	feat(email): instructions + contact emails + optional note in mentorship templates ... Export getMentorBulkAssignmentTemplate and getTeamMentorIntroductionTemplate, adding an always-on instructions block, optional team-member/teammate contact lists, and an optional custom note to both.
