fix: show 0/N Yes instead of "N jurors", color 1/2 Yes amber

- Always display yes/no count format (e.g. "0/2 Yes") instead of
  generic "2 jurors" when no advance votes exist
- Color coding: 2/2 Yes = green, 1/2 Yes = amber, 0/2 Yes = red
